DATA TRANSMISSION CONTROLLER, DATA TRANSMISSION CONTROL METHOD AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transmission technology by which large quantities of high-priority data can be transmitted during a necessary time period without depending on traffic conditions of a communication network.

SOLUTION: When an OA apparatus P1 transmits data p1 to an image forming apparatus M1, it transmits control information including "information on order of priority" to a control server P0. When the control server P0 receives the control information, it compares the priority with other data in the course of transmission on the communication network 100. It controls the data transmission according to the order of priority.
