<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system of which energy density and output are improved by reducing a quantity of moisture to be held at a fuel cell in advance, and reducing power required during the time from collection to utilization of generated water. <P>SOLUTION: A liquid storing part 10 for storing hydrogen generating material and a reaction part 13 for generating hydrogen are connected through a supply passage 11 having a first check valve 12. The fuel cell system is provided with a solid polymer fuel cell 15, an anode chamber 16 and a condenser 20. The reaction part 13 and the anode chamber 16 are connected through a hydrogen flow passage 14, the anode chamber16 and the condenser 20 are connected through a jointing passage 25, and the reaction part 13 and the condenser 20 are connected through a water guiding channel 30. A second checking valve 26 is arranged on the jointing passage 25 and a third checking valve is arranged on the water guiding channel 30 in order to make respective substances possible to flow from the anode chamber 16 to the condenser 20 and from the condenser 20 to the reaction part 13 respectively. Further, each parts is a system closed against outside, and an air inlet 17 is arranged at an upper part of the liquid storing part 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
