<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a matter that when one page cannot be printed due to little residual quantity of recording agent, a page having a partially unprinted or blurred area is outputted and that page must be reprinted in order to comprehend what is written on that page entirely. <P>SOLUTION: In case of a page principally composed of characters, it is important to comprehend the meaning of written content and thereby the amount of ink used is reduced on the whole even if the color becomes thin.
