PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric device assembly in which each electric device is securely fixed without making it in a large size or impairing safety. SOLUTION: This is a battery pack having the battery pack 60 in which a battery cell 21, wherein a film outer package battery is individually housed in a cell case, is laminated. A plurality of long rods 61 penetrate through the laminated battery cells 21 in lamination direction, and a nut is respectively screwed to the end part 63 of each long rod 61 projecting from the battery cell 21 at both ends in lamination direction.
