PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication relay system in a building having a plurality of stories. SOLUTION: An intra-building mobile communication relay system 20 includes an exclusive drop line 22 led in from a mobile communication base station 10 to the inside of a building 12, an intra-building transformer 24 for distributing the exclusive drop line 22 to a branch line group 26 of each story of the building, each branch line 30 vertically installed in a hoistway 18 of an elevator 16 from the intra-building transformer 24 and going toward each story 14, and a relay radio slave set and an antenna of the end of each branch line 30. The antenna is installed at the elevator hall of each story so as to be hidden by a hall operating board.
