PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an adverse influences caused by a ground loop current. SOLUTION: An anti-electrostatic circuit 16 with an anti-electrostatic capacitor C1 between a signal ground 13 and a chassis ground 15 comprises two semiconductor diodes D1, D2 having specified capacitances, and connected in parallel between the capacitor C1 and the signal ground or chassis ground so that their forward directions are mutually reverse. The diodes D1, D2 block loop currents from appearing in a frequency band giving adverse influences on a ground loop via the anti-electrostatic circuit. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
