PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a careless slipping-off from a mounting section of a hand strap while maintaining the facility of the mounting works of the hand strap and a constitution having no effect on an appearance design. SOLUTION: A fastener fastening a front case 5 and a rear case 4 is arranged near an end corner in a battery housing 9, and fastened by screws 3 and 3' for a fastening. The fastener fastened by the screw 3 for the fastening is used in common as the mounting section for the hand strap. A notched opening 7 for leading out a gripper for the hand strap 1 engaged with the screw 3 for the fastening to the outside is formed near a side-face corner to which the screw 3 for the fastening is disposed in a battery cover body 2. A hook 6 for a holding having a cross section formed in aΓshape so as to be able to hold the hand strap 1 inserted from the lateral direction is fixed and arranged on the rear of the rear case 4 between the notched opening 7 and the screw 3 for the fastening.
