PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable artificial satellite rescue signal generator that is easy to use even in a small vessel. SOLUTION: This artificial satellite rescue signal generator 1 transmits location information and an ID 8 to an artificial satellite (COSPAS-SARSAT: Cosmicheskaya System Poiska Avarynych Sudov-Search And Rescue Satellite) 3 and asks for rescue. If a person falls down to a sea surface, a life buoy in an external battery box of the waterproof artificial satellite rescue signal generator 1 is taken out to float on the sea. The artificial satellite rescue signal generator 1 is portable, a strap is attached to the artificial satellite rescue signal generator 1 to be fastened to a life jacket or hung around the neck, thereby being caused to flow together with the person so that a rescuer can find the person more easily.
