PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rail member enabling easy machining and an easy fixing work. SOLUTION: This rail member is provided with a main body part 10 having a hole part 10a to which a cargo holding member is connected, a first flange part 20 extended to the outside from the main body part 10, and a guide part 30 provided at the outside of the first flange part 20. The main body part 10, the first flange part 20 and the guide part 30 are integrally formed by extrusion machining, and are fixed to a wall surface of a container, etc. by applying adhesive to a recessed part formed on a rear face of the first flange part 20.
