PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cool air fan wherein a water absorption filter 20 can be easily attached and detached. SOLUTION: The water absorption filter 20 is wound around upper and lower rollers 21 and 22. A bearing member 54 is attached to a shaft part 28 of the upper part side roller 21. An upper part bearing part 46 and a lower part bearing part 43 bearing the upper and lower rollers 21 and 22 are provided in a back face panel 13 of the cool air fan. A shaft part 35 of the lower part side roller 22 wound with the water absorption filter 20 is latched to the lower part bearing part 43. A bearing member 54 of the upper part side roller 21 wound with the water absorption filter 20 is inserted in the upper part bearing part 46 from a direction crossing an axial direction of the roller 21. The bearing member 54 is fastened to the upper part bearing part 46, and the upper part side roller 21 is borne by the upper part bearing part 46. The water absorption filter 20 is detached by releasing fastening of the bearing member 54 with respect to the upper part bearing part 46, detaching the bearing member 54 from the upper part bearing part 46, and detaching the shaft part 35 of the lower part side roller 22 from the lower part bearing part 43.
