PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regulating mechanism of a governor device with a governor lever inserted to a tension lever for facilitating assembling, for inhibiting play of the entire governor lever and for inhibiting hunting. SOLUTION: The regulating mechanism of the governor device has the tension lever 3 to which the governor lever 7 is inserted. An abutment member 5b is arranged between the tension lever 3 and the governor lever 7. The abutment member 5b having biasing force is installed on an end of a support shaft 5 of the governor lever 7 inserted to the tension lever 3 so that spacing between the tension lever 3 and the governor lever 7 is regulated.
