<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing TS-1 capable of increasing the content of Ti since the catalyst properties of TS-1 depend on Ti in lattices. <P>SOLUTION: The crystallization of TS-1 is performed in an aqueous solution comprising the ammonium salt or quarternary ammonium salt of acid having a pKa of 5 to 10, thus the content of Ti in TS-1 crystals can be increased. The titanium silicalite TS-1 having a high Ti content produced by the invention can be used for oxidizing an organic compound as a catalyst. At the time when various organic matrixes are brought into reaction with hydrogen peroxide or a compound so as to produce hydrogen peroxide in a liquid phase in the presence of the TS-1 catalyst, a high converting ratio to an oxide can be given. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
