<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the convenience of a paying person in payment of various taxes and public utility charges using a multi-payment network. <P>SOLUTION: In the multi-payment network in which a multi-payment network 40 and an MPN (multi-payment network) server 11 are located between a financial institution 20 and a tax receiving institution 30, and the paying person designates the tax receiving institution 30 in the MPN center 10 to pay from a payment terminal 21 of the financial institution 20, the MPN server 11 of the MPN center 10 receives past payment history information about the paying person from the financial institution 20 at the time of payment processing to a particular tax receiving institution 30, selects a tax receiving institution 30 with a high probability to relate to the paying person with reference to a detailed information database 61 of a payment period by tax receiving institution or the like and a tax receiving institution key information database 60, inquires the payment about the paying person, and presents an unpaid item on the screen of the payment terminal 21 to urge the payment when the unpaid payment item exists. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
