<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output form determination system suitable for preventing generation of difference between a requested output form and the last output form even when no output device capable of completely realizing the requested output form exists. <P>SOLUTION: A host terminal 100 is connected to a network printer 200 via a network 199. The host terminal 100 acquires a job ticket and print information, retrieves a relevant applicable print form based on the acquired job ticket and print information, generates print data based on the retrieved applicable print form and transmits the generated print data to the network printer 200 together with a print request.
