<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form information management system or the like by which a plurality of client terminals connected via a network can use the same form information. <P>SOLUTION: The form information management server 101 has a form information list 303 to be managed in common, accepts change of form information of the form information list 303 according to form information change requirement notification 11 from a client terminal 103-1, in the case of addition, transmits an addition instruction 12 to all the client terminals 103 and in the case of deletion, transmits a deletion schedule instruction 16 to an image forming apparatus 102 which supports the form information.
