摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood dynamic characteristic measuring apparatus for measuring the viscosity coefficient distribution and the shearing stress distribution. SOLUTION: This blood dynamic characteristic measuring apparatus is composed of a means 4 for measuring the bloodstream speed distribution by ultrasonic Doppler measurement after receiving a scattered echo from a blood cell component included in blood in a blood vessel by percutaneously making wave motion such as an ultrasonic wave incident toward a bloodstream in the blood vessel, means 5 and 6 for determining the viscosity coefficient distribution of the blood and/or a viscosity coefficient distribution average value of the blood by using a two-dimensional or three-dimensional Navier-Stokes equation on the basis of the bloodstream speed distribution, a shear rate distribution calculating means 7 for calculating shear rate distribution from the calculated bloodstream speed, and a means 9 for determining the shear stress distribution in the blood on the basis of the calculated shear rate distribution and the viscosity coefficient distribution of the blood or the viscosity coefficient distribution average value of the blood.
