PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a control method, a control device, and an air conditioning system controlling an operation state of a pump of the air conditioning system having a high energy saving effect by a simple control means not needing any advanced hardware or software used as a control means for controlling the operation state of the pump in the air conditioning system. SOLUTION: The control method and control device for the air conditioning system, and the air conditioning system has the control means for controlling a rotational frequency of the primary pump so as to provide a constant outlet temperature of a cold/hot water generator, and controlling a secondary pump so as to provide a constant outlet temperature of a heat exchanger.
