PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid or remove sticking of dirts and dust as much as possible by providing a structure which allows a treatment, as required, to discourage electrostatic charging (hydrophilic coating) on a film-like optical LPF in equipment when loading the film-like optical LPF such as an optical anisotropic polymer film in the equipment such as a digital camera. SOLUTION: A hydrophilic coating agent oozes from the blade that contacts the optical LPF under a light pressure every time the optical LPF is put in a photographing optical path or it is escaped from the photographing optical path, and is applied on the optical LPF by a want amount. Thus, the hydrophilic coating is refreshed to prevent electrostatic charging, avoiding or removing sticking of dirts and dust to the optical LPF as much as possible. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
