PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamed polyurethane bound stopper having no unpleasant abnormal sounds due to friction. SOLUTION: The foamed polyurethane bound stopper 46 is a cylindrical elastic body to be used for a vehicle suspension device having a shock absorber and a coil spring, wherein a piston rod is inserted through a center hole 47 and an upper end portion 60 is fitted and held into a recessed fitting portion of a spring seat in an internally fitted condition. It elastically abuts on the cylinder of the shock absorber during bound. It has an axial lower end face 65 and an outer peripheral face 70 of a lower end portion 52 served as abutting faces on the cylinder and formed into grain patterned faces 68 consisting of fine uneven groups.
