PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold plate used for manufacturing the electrode of a plasma display panel, a method for manufacturing the electrode of the plasma display panel, and the plasma display panel having the electrode manufactured by the manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The electrode manufacturing method comprises a step for preparing the mold plate 50 having a plating groove corresponding to the pattern of the bus electrode of the plasma display panel; a step for forming a first plated layer 61 by performing plating treatment to the inside of the plating groove; a step for coating the first plated layer with frit for junction; a step for joining a first plated layer coated with the frit and a display electrode 67 formed on a glass substrate 68 in the plasma display panel through the frit; and a transfer step for transferring the first plated layer onto the display electrode by removing the mold plate.
