PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow path on-off valve having greatly reduced abnormal sounds to be generated just before stopping water discharge. SOLUTION: A flush valve 10 comprises a body partition wall 4 for partitioning a body 3 into a primary side flow path 1 and a secondary side flow path 2, a diaphragm valve 5 for opening/closing a flow path between the primary side flow path 1 and the secondary side flow path 2, a pressure chamber 6 formed between the back of the diaphragm valve 5 and the inner wall of the body 3, a bypass flow path 7 for communicating the pressure chamber 6 with the secondary side flow path 2, and a relief valve 8 for opening/closing the bypass flow path 7 to open the diaphragm valve 5 with the drop of pressure in the pressure chamber 6 during opening the valve. A pressure chamber partition wall 11 is provided for partitioning the pressure chamber 6 into a first pressure chamber 6a facing the back of the diaphragm valve 5 and a second pressure chamber 6b. In communication with the pressure chamber partition wall 11, a plurality of small holes 12 are provided for restricting the movement of city water from the first pressure chamber 6a to the second pressure chamber 6b.
