PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-load transmission belt installable on a center belt simultaneously when blocks are molded, having high transmission capacity, generating less noise, and less applying load on the center belt. SOLUTION: In this high-load transmission belt 1, the plurality of blocks 2 having circular opening parts 6 are molded and installed along the longitudinal direction of the center belt 4 of circular shape in cross section. The blocks 2 comprise contact parts 7 projected in the longitudinal direction of the belt on both right and left sides.
