PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve practicality of a suspension system for a vehicle provided with a roll suppressing device such as a stabilizer device. SOLUTION: A target rotary angleθ* of an actuator of the roll suppressing device is always decided (S16) based on the sum (S15) of actual lateral G to be lateral acceleration generated actually in a vehicle body and estimated lateral G (S13) to be lateral acceleration depending on an operating angleδ(S14) of a steering wheel and vehicle speed (v). An inconvenience in a control based on the actual lateral G is eliminated and roll of the vehicle body can be effectively suppressed. Since the target rotary angleθ* can be decided by a simple method different from a complicated method using gain, etc., the constitution of a control device can be simplified.
