PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability by automatically sticking an elastic seal to a lens holder used in edging for a lens. SOLUTION: The elastic seal 3 is supplied to a seal sticking position A5 by a seal feeder. The elastic seal 3 is loaded on a tape loading part in the form of a seal tape 67, which is formed by covering the elastic seal with a mount 65 and protector paper 66 and wound in a roll shape, and transported to the seal sticking position A5 in the state of separating the protector paper 66. At the seal sticking position A5, a sensor 22 detects a positioning hole of the mount 66, and after the mount 65 is fed for a predetermined time after the time of detection, transport is stopped. The stop position is taken as the sticking reference position of the elastic seal 3 to position the mount, and a lens holder 2 is pressed to the elastic seal 3 from above, thereby sticking the seal.
