PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably retain the penis P inserted into a bag body from an insertion opening in the bag body in a downward posture for a long period of time in the article for disposing male body fluid formed with the insertion opening 4 in the bag body 2 with an absorbent body 3. SOLUTION: The both ends of a belt-shaped long retaining body 13 are fixed to the inside of the bag body 2 close to the insertion opening 4, and the retaining long body 13 is locked to the penis P inserted from the insertion opening to retain the penis P in the downward posture. Even in a constitution having absorbent parts in the left/right of the insertion opening, body fluid absorbent states of the left/right absorbent parts are leveled and stabilized in every bodily position, the usable absorbent capacity of the absorbent body is increased and the hour of use can be elongated.
