PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water supply connection adaptor for the endoscopes which enables the connection of the water supply tubes of different water supply units simply to or the separation thereof so from the first and second feed water caps of the endoscope. SOLUTION: The water supply connection adaptor is integrally provided with the first and second connection caps 22 and 32 so arranged side by side as to enable its connection freely to or its separation so from the first and second feed water caps 5 and 6 simultaneously, the first and second receiving caps 23 and 33 which enable the connection and separation of the first and second water supply caps 53 and 63 mounted on the distal ends of of the feed water tubes 51 and 61 of the different water supply units 50, 60 freely, the first communication path 24 which makes the first connection cap 22 communicate with the first receiving cap 23 and the second communication path 34 which makes the second connection cap 32 communicate with the second receiving cap 33 in one block 21.
