PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily install and adjust a spring already installed in a ball hitting member in a game ball elastic repulsive unit. SOLUTION: In a spring installing adjusting device 100, a tip image (a circular image Mcg and a circumscribed square image Msg) on a model spring proper for installing a spring, is acquired in advance by an imaging apparatus 112, and the tip image on this model spring and a tip image (a circular image Tcg and a circumscribed square image Tsg) acquired by the imaging apparatus 112 on the spring 34 being an adjusting object, are displayed together on a monitor 150. Since the model spring is proper for installing the spring, when the spring of the adjusting object is dislocated, the tip image of this spring 34 is displayed by being dislocated from the tip image of the model spring.
