PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize quick putout of a game medium, further sure putout control, sure initialization based on operation of an operation means, and the prevention of a taking miss of a control signal. SOLUTION: When receiving a command of the 10 winning ball number in putting out processing of 15 winning balls, 10 is added to a winning ball putout expected total number counter, to become 25. A difference ([10]) between the content of the winning ball putout expected total number counter and the content of the last time winning ball putout expected total number counter, is added to a putout operation counter and a winning ball non-putout number counter, to become 11 by topping-up processing when a value of a putout operation counter for determining a driving quantity up to finishing putout of a putting out motor becomes a predetermined value ([1]). An output buffer circuit for outputting a signal from a main base board to a representation control board, is composed of a unidirectional circuit for not passing a signal only in the direction for turning to a centralized relay base board.
