PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaged food improved in its shelf life without spoiling safety of undried food. SOLUTION: The packaged food is obtained through the following process: encapsulating undried food containing water or oil, or consisting mainly of water or oil in a container made of oxygen permeable material to be formed into an individually packaged body; and encapsulating the individually packaged body in a package body made of oxygen impermeable material together with a deoxidizer so that the package body completely prevents infiltration of oxygen from the outside to eliminate the oxygen remaining in the space isolated from the outside world, and make the deoxidizer permeate through the container to completely eliminate oxygen left in the undried food to prevent the undried food from being oxidized.
