PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biocidal agent which kills the widest possible range of microorganisms in the least possible time without toxicity, irritation or other hazards. SOLUTION: The invention relates to the skin wash composition comprising Triclosan, a surfactant and water, wherein the composition contains 0.2-3.0% of the Triclosan, 2.4-10% of the surfactant and 1.0-30% of non-aqueous solvent containing hexyleneglycol, 0.0-1.0% of a chelating agent, 0.0-3.0% of a thickener and 0.0-5.0% of a buffering agent.
