The device (1) is formed separately from a mobile radiotelephone, and includes control keys (3) arranged on a control panel (2). The control keys have functions associated to the keys of the mobile radiotelephone for receiving user inputs. An interface (5) for data communication connection is linked to the control keys for transmission of data signals. The control keys are arranged over the keys of the mobile radiotelephone via an assigned interface.
