An illuminator fixing apparatus for underground parking lot is provided to reduce an installation cost by shortening a period of an installing process of an illuminator for underground parking lot. A main body(10) includes a pair of screw holes(12) and coupling members(14) inserted into the screw holes. A pair of reverse U-shapedcoupling brackets(20) are formed in a constant interval at an upper part of the main body. The coupling brackets include through-holes(22), both sidewalls(24), reverse T-shaped through-holes(24a), and screw holes(24b). A wire clamp bracket(30) includes a hanger(32) coupled with the reverse T-shaped through-holes, a center connector(34), a curved part(36) for receiving strand wires, and a coupling member(39) with a bolt hole(38a) formed on a flat side(38).
