PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply insert a temperature detecting element into a heat roller body in which an inclined temperature detecting element inserting hole is formed, and to simply insert a lead wire connected to the temperature detecting element in a rotary driving shaft. SOLUTION: In this temperature sensor for the heat roller, the temperature detecting sensor and the lead wire connected to the temperature sensor are disposed at the tip position of an inclined part 18a and inserted into a steel pipe 18 equipped with the inclined part 18a inserted into the inclined temperature detecting element inserting hole 13 of the roller body 1, a U-shaped bent part 18b linked with the inclined part 18a and bent in the axial direction of the roller body 1, and a straight line part 18c linked with the U-shaped bent part 18b and inserted in the rotary driving shaft 2. Thereby, the temperature sensor is formed, and it is pushed into the temperature detecting element inserting hole 13 of the roller body 1 and the insertion hole 2a of the rotary driving shaft 2 by being pressurized and deformed against elastic force of the U-shaped bent part 18b.
