PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize sensor output for detecting rotation of a wheel bearing device in diagnosis of abnormality of the bearing device to detect abnormality with high reliability. SOLUTION: A rotation detection sensor 4 is provided in the wheel bearing device 51 of a vehicle 50. The rotation detection sensor 4 is composed of a magnetic encoder 18 constituted by a multipolar magnet attached to a rotation side and a magnetic sensor attached to a fixed side in opposition to the magnetic encoder 18. A wireless transmission means 5 for transmitting a detection signal of the sensor 4 to an information processing device 56 from the bearing device 51 is provided. The information processing device 56 becomes a traveling terminal in a movable body communication network 60. A determining means 75 for determining predetermined items related to the wheel bearing device 51 from a detection signal of the sensor communicated to an office 71 in a remote place for the vehicle through the movable body communication network 60 is provided. The result of determination in a case of abnormality and information for coping with it are transmitted to the vehicle 50 and business institutions 73, 74 such as a sales store and a maintenance factory by a processing information preparing means 77.
