PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect appearance of new abnormal mode(s) in mechanical equipment or the like to be analyzed. SOLUTION: An SOM(self-organizing map) is made to learn using abnormal tension waveform in a draw false-twister to label abnormality source(s) on SOM units. The SOM is made to learn again with combining abnormal data obtained thereafter and the original abnormal data to label the SOM with the original abnormal data, and the cluster of unlabeled units is detected.
