PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-strength fiber composite material cable having good and stable strength, uniform in axial force and stable in shape when bent, capable of winding it on a reel without causing deformation and hardly causing buckling when inserted into a hole or a cylinder. SOLUTION: The high-strength fiber composite material cable has a structure obtained by using a single twist yarn as a strand, in which twist yarn is provided by impregnating high strength low elongation fibers with a thermosetting resin to obtain a fiber prepreg, and converging or twisting the plural fiber prepreg to obtain a single twist cable, wherein a plural number of the strands are twisted with 2-12°twisting angle in the reverse direction to the twist direction of the strand.
