PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve conventional inconveniences in cleaning solutions such as city water and an alcoholic solvent used for the removal of adhesive sticked on a window sash or wall surface resulting in residue of the adhesive on the window sash or wall surface and further resulting in yellow discoloration or adhesion of dust or unpleasant odor of the alcoholic solvent during wiping operation. SOLUTION: The pollution free cleaning solution is composed of 2 wt.% of sodium metasilicate Na<SB>2</SB>SiO<SB>3</SB>, 38 wt.% of an alkaline ionic water and 60 wt.% of a magnetic activated alkaline ionic water, and free from a synthetic chemical. The diluted cleaning solution wipe off the adhesive and pollution sticked on the window sash or wall surface during wall construction. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
