PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a viscosity-reducing agent capable of greatly lowering the viscosity of an acrylic resin and an acrylic resin composition with good viscosity stability and good bleeding resistance. SOLUTION: The viscosity-reducing agent for an acrylic resin contains an anionic surfactant, a plasticizer, and at least 1 type selected from alcohols having a melting point of -10°C or lower and a boiling point of 190°C or higher.
