PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an informatized nucleic acid-containing liquid oil and fat composition, which contains an informatized nucleic acid from which source and history of a product can be individually and specifically identified. SOLUTION: The informatized nucleic acid-containing liquid oil and fat composition contains the informatized nucleic acid having a moiety with a given known sequence. Alternatively, the informatized nucleic acid-containing liquid oil and fat composition contains the informatized nucleic acid having a moiety with a given known sequence, wherein the informatized nucleic acid is supported on a particulate. Alternatively, the informatized nucleic acid-containing liquid oil and fat composition contains the informatized nucleic acid having a moiety with a given known sequence, wherein the content of the informatized nucleic acid is 0.5-500μg per 100 g composition.
