PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a (meth)acrylic acid ester in a good efficiency while preventing not only the raw material for the production of the (meth)acrylic acid ester but also the produced (meth)acrylic acid ester from polymerization. SOLUTION: This method for producing the (meth)acrylic acid ester in a reaction container is characterized by supplying a raw material containing the raw material compounds for producing the (meth)acrylic acid ester and a polymerization inhibitor into the reaction container and then spraying the content of the reaction container to an internal space of the reaction container by using an oxygen-containing gas.
