PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet with a formaldehyde trapping function, which is composed using a two-component polyurethane resin in at least one of protective or decorative layers and an organic amine compound in a formaldehyde-trapping layer. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet is characterized in that; the formaldehyde-trapping layer containing a formaldehyde-trapping material is formed on one side of a paper substrate, and the decorative layer and the protective layer are formed in sequence on the other side of the paper substrate.
