PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double nut fastening tool capable of fastening two nuts different in pitches on a double screw structured bolt and remarkably improving efficiency of fastening work. SOLUTION: This double nut fastening tool 10 is furnished with a roughly cylindrical clutch part 11 to hold the nut N1 for fastening, a roughly cylindrical socket part 12 arranged on the clutch part 11 by commonly having a shaft center and to hold the nut N2 for locking and a housing 13 in which the clutch part 11 and the socket part 12 are stored free to relatively rotate and is constituted free to independently rotate the socket part 12 from the clutch part 11. Consequently, nonconformity to fasten the nut for locking is solved after fastening the fastening nut on a looseness preventive bolt in fastening these nuts on the looseness preventive bolt.
