PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sludge treatment method for efficiently treating construction sludge produced in a piling work site by the combination of pieces of compact equipment capable of being installed in the site, a sludge treatment system suitable for the treatment method and a flocculant addition apparatus for sludge. SOLUTION: The produced construction sludge is stored in a storage part 11. The sludge formed by settling and separating a coarse contained solid portion in the storage part 11 is fed to a sludge separation apparatus 31 such as a trommel installed in the site to sort the contained solid portion furthermore. A flocculant is mixed with the sludge only containing a fine granular solid portion by the flocculant addition apparatus 51 and the flocculated sludge is pressed in a dehydration apparatus 71 to be separated into a dehydrated cake and water. The flocculant addition apparatus 51 has a pipe line arranged spirally from a charge port 53 at the upper part to the discharge port 54 at the lower part and formed of a hose 52. The flocculant is added from addition nozzles 55a, 55b provided in the mid-way of the pipe line and is mixed and stirred with the sludge using centrifugal force imparted to the sludge and the resistance of the pipe line in the flow-down.
