The device has two retaining plates (11, 13), where the plate (11) includes a lateral edge which is movably connected with an edge of the plate (13), so that the plate (11) is rotatable in a level against the plate (13). The plate (11) includes an arm (111) for supporting an electronic device. A connecting device forms a hinge-like connection between the plates. Bracing frames are fastened at an arm (133) of the plate (11).
