<p>A noncontact data receiver/transmitter (10) is provided with an inlet (14), which is composed of a base material (11), an antenna (12) provided on one plane of the base material and connected therewith, and an IC chip (13); and a magnetic material layer (15) arranged to cover the antenna (12) and/or the IC chip (13) constituting the inlet (14). The main ingredient of the magnetic material layer (15) is a resin containing a filler composed of magnetic fine particles. The average diameter of the magnetic fine particle is 3µm or more but not more than 200µm.</p>
