Since a projected rubber part (35) is positioned at the upper end of a body member (2), the impact reaction can be reduced by increasing a distance between the center of a roll and the projected rubber part (35), and accordingly an input load to the body member (2) can be reduced. Therefore, not only the durability of the projected rubber part can be increased but also a rigid strength required for each member can be reduced. Accordingly, the overall weight of the liquid-sealed vibration-isolating device unit (100) can be reduced by reducing the wall thickness of each member. Also, since a vibration inputted into a vehicle body frame can be suppressed through the vehicle body side bracket (120) if the impact reaction in the acting of the stopper can be reduced, the possibility of occurrence of the booming noise can be reduced.
