<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing any window transaction to be performed by a third person impersonating a customer. <P>SOLUTION: This window transaction system is provided with a confirmation information storing device having a customer database in which principal confirmation contents preliminarily registered by a customer who performs window transaction and its correct answer information are stored, a customer management server connected to the confirmation information storing device and a window terminal connected to the customer management server to be operated by a clerk at the window so as to be used for window transaction. The customer management server is provided with a means for acquiring the principal confirmation contents and its correct answer information from the customer database based on a customer identifier, a means for transmitting the principal confirmation contents to the window terminal, a means for comparing a customer answer to the principal confirmation contents received from the window terminal with the correct answer information and a means for transmitting the comparison result to the window terminal. The window terminal is provided with a means for displaying the principal confirmation contents received from the customer management server, a means for recognizing the principal confirmation contents, a means for transmitting the recognized customer answer to the customer management server and a means for displaying the comparison result from the customer management server. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
