<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid injection method for injecting a liquid held inside a capillary by heating the liquid without spraying hot air from the outside on the capillary to make use of the thermally expansive pressure of the liquid. <P>SOLUTION: The method comprises the following procedure: The inside of a capillary with a liquid ejection port on one end is held with a 1st liquid layer and a 2nd liquid layer containing a laser beam absorber so that the 1st liquid layer be located at the liquid injection port side to form a portion to seal up the 2nd liquid layer inside the capillary.
