<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handle for an electrically assisted carrier device which obtains excellent operationality by eliminating hunting occurring on the boundary of a dead band. <P>SOLUTION: A sensor body assembled body of the handle is constituted by the following process. A hollow cylindrical shaft 53 is fit in a semi-cylindrical recessed part 52a of a bracket shaft 52 to support rotatably. A torsion bar 54 is inserted from one end of a hollow cylindrical part of the shaft 53. The end of the torsion bar 54 is fixed on the end part of the shaft 53 and is supported by a bearing 55a. The end part of the torsion bar 54 supported by the bearing 55a is connected to a potentiometer 56 through a large-diameter gear 55b and a small-diameter gear 56b. At the time, a disk-shaped plate torsion bar 54b at the other end of the torsion bar 54 is fixed on the bracket shaft 52 supporting the shaft 53. A spring constant k of the torsion bar 54 expressed by k=F/x is selected so that x satisfies x>(a/2)+b when the operational force of an operational lever 13 is F(N), and a displacement angle is x(mm). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
