<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to lessen information advertized to a source node and to enable to calculate the preliminary path route of high reliance path so that band sharing may be promoted. <P>SOLUTION: The management node of each link measures periodically an average link band occupied with a present path and a preliminary path (S33-S37); and calculates the link weight of two kinds corresponding to the case where the band sharing during the preliminary path is not made at all, and the case where the band sharing during the preliminary path can be planned (S38-S44) in each link state for every update timer periods based on this average link band. If the link state changes, it advertises to each source node by making corresponding barrier to the minimum opening band in the link state and the two kinds of the link weight into the link information (S45-S46).
